Job Description

We are currently seeking a Head Chef for our client based in Almancil, you will be passionate about what you do and strive to deliver in a fast-paced environment.

What you will be doing:

– Co-ordinate all activities in the kitchen.

– Prepare and cook from a defined menu.

– Ensure presentation standards are met.

– Keep kitchen and utensils organised, clean and tidy.

– Ensure compliance with HACCP standards.

Salary Details

Up to 2,000 per month plus Share of tips

Licences and Qualifications

What we are looking for

– Individuals of all experience levels.

– Must be flexible to cover the needs of the business including evenings and weekends.

– Must have right to live and work in Portugal.

– Strong work ethic

– Ability to work well as part of a team.

– Good knowledge of English

– MUST speak Portuguese.
