Finance Controller – Lagos
We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to oversee financial reporting, cash flow management and financial operations across a diverse hospitality business.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys improving systems, building efficient processes and supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly financial reports and cash flow forecasts
- Liaise with Portuguese and UK accountants
- Oversee VAT/IVA and financial compliance
- Manage financial reporting and internal controls
- Support payroll and HR administration
- Develop and improve financial systems and processes
- Introduce KPIs and performance reporting
- Work closely with Directors, banks and external stakeholders
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in a Financial Controller or similar finance role
- Previous hospitality, property management or tourism experience preferred
- Experience working with UK company structures highly desirable
- Fluent English and Portuguese essential
- Highly organised with excellent analytical skills
- Commercially minded with a proactive approach

Licences and Qualifications
