ARCHITECTURAL DRAUGHTSPERSON / CAD TECHNICIAN

Immediate Requirement | Studio-Based
Algarve Staff is recruiting an Architectural Draughtsperson / CAD Technician to join an established architectural practice based in Almancil.
This position will focus on the preparation and development of accurate architectural drawings and technical documentation, supporting the studio’s architectural team across a range of design-led projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce accurate architectural drawings, plans, elevations and sections.
- Prepare detailed technical and construction drawings.
- Update and revise drawings in accordance with architect and project requirements.
- Support the development of drawing packages for architectural projects.
- Coordinate drawing information with architects and other members of the design team.
- Maintain accurate, organised and consistent technical documentation.
- Assist with the preparation of drawings for project development and execution.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in architectural drafting or technical drawing production.
- Strong proficiency in architectural drawing software.
- Fluent or professional level in both Portuguese and English — essential.
- Good understanding of architectural plans, construction details and technical documentation.
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and organisational skills.
- Ability to interpret architectural concepts and translate them into technical drawings.
- Ability to work from the Almancil studio.
