Operations Coordinator | Short-Term Rentals | Vilamoura
We’re looking for an organised, energetic and hands-on Operations Coordinator to join a young, fast-growing short-term rental company managing a boutique portfolio of premium properties across the Algarve.
This is an autonomous role where you’ll be at the heart of the day-to-day operation, ensuring properties are guest-ready and delivering a seamless 5-star guest experience.
The Role:
• Manage guest communication, check-ins & on-site requests
• Coordinate housekeeping, linen and property readiness
• Handle maintenance issues and coordinate contractors
• Manage guest reviews and drive 5-star feedback
• Coordinate upsells such as experiences, car hire and additional services
• Monitor property stock and supplies
• Support owner statements and operational administration
• Participate in evening/weekend emergency rotations
We’re Looking For:
✔ Experience in short-term rentals, hospitality or guest relations is a plus
✔ Fluent English & Portuguese essential
✔ Full driving licence required
✔ Tech-savvy and comfortable learning PMS and booking platforms
✔ Highly organised, adaptable and solution-focused
✔ Confident making decisions independently
✔ Positive, outgoing and resilient personality
