Lead Manager + Sales Operations Coordinator – Vilamoura
Our client is a fast-growing buyer’s agency based in Vilamoura, helping international clients purchase property across Portugal through an independent and transparent buying process.
We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Lead Manager & Sales Operations Coordinator to become a key part of a friendly, collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to new client enquiries via phone, email and WhatsApp.
Qualify leads by understanding clients’ requirements, timelines and objectives.
Manage and maintain the CRM, ensuring all client information is accurate and up to date.
Schedule appointments and property viewings.
Support Property Consultants throughout the client journey.
Coordinate communication with mortgage brokers and other external partners.
Assist with property research and gathering relevant information.
Maintain organised client documentation and support the sales administration process.
Ensure excellent follow-up with prospective clients.
About You
Previous experience in customer service, administration, sales support, hospitality or a client-facing role is highly desirable.
Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
Confident communicating with international clients.
Professional, proactive and dependable.
Comfortable using CRM systems and digital platforms (Pipedrive experience is an advantage).
Fluent English is essential.
Portuguese (B2+) is highly desirable.
Dutch language skills would be a significant advantage.
