Housekeeping Supervisor / Manager (Tourism Villas & Short-Term Rentals)
We are looking for an experienced and organized Housekeeping Supervisor / Manager to oversee cleaning operations across multiple properties and maintain high hospitality standards.
Responsibilities
• Supervise and coordinate housekeeping teams
• Manage schedules, check-ins/check-outs, and cleaning checklists
• Inspect properties to ensure consistent quality
• Control stock, linens, and guest amenities
• Train staff and resolve operational issues quickly
• Report maintenance issues, damages, or missing items
• Ensure smooth operations under pressure
Requirements
• Experience in hospitality, housekeeping, or property management
• Team leadership experience
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Trustworthy and responsible with property access and keys
• Comfortable using WhatsApp and management apps
• Valid driver’s license required
