About the Role
Our client is looking for a motivated Sales Executive to focus on sourcing listings and selling residential property in and around Luz. This is a pure sales role (no property management), ideal for someone with local market experience, strong contacts, and the drive to build a high-performing pipeline.
You’ll work closely with the Valuations Lead (valuations handled in-house) while you prospect, list, market, and sell—owning the client journey from first contact through to offer and completion.
What You’ll Do
- Source & win new instructions: prospect vendors, nurture referrals, and leverage your local network.
- List properties: gather documents, create compelling listing copy, coordinate photography/video, and upload to the website & portals (e.g., Idealista).
- Drive buyer activity: handle enquiries, qualify leads, arrange and conduct viewings (in English and, where possible, Portuguese).
- Sales pipeline & negotiation: manage CRM, report on KPIs, negotiate offers, and progress sales with lawyers/notaries through to completion.
- Client service: deliver responsive, professional communication to vendors and buyers; represent the brand with integrity.
- Collaborate: work with the team/marketing on exposure for new listings and active stock.
What They’re Looking For
- Proven experience with another Algarve agent (or comparable local sales experience) and good contacts in the area.
- A true hunter mindset: proactive, resilient, target-driven, and comfortable with KPIs.
- Excellent communication and presentation; confident with HNW and international clients.
- Fluent English essential; Portuguese preferred (translation support available in-house).
- Digital fluency: CRM, email, Excel/Word; comfortable writing listings and managing online portals.
- Driving licence & own car (essential).
- Flexibility to work viewings and appointments including some evenings/weekends.
