Research and Development Manager

Job Description

Our client based within real estate in Quinta do Lago is currently seeking an experienced research and development manager to join their well established team.

The right candidate will:

Have proven working experience as a Real Estate Agent or Real Estate Salesperson

Have strong sales, negotiation and communication skills.

Have the ability to train and motivate a sales team.

Must be fluent in Portuguese and English.

Must have own car.

Experience dealing with developers and funds.

Previous experience within Quinta do Lago/Vale do Lobo real estate is preferred.

Main responsibilities include –

Liaising with the R&D sales team

Selling the business model to potential new developers.

Motivating and training of the sales team.

Negotiating contracts and the best deals for the company.
