Play Centre Manager



Job Description

Our client based in Carvoeiro is seeking a Play Centre Manager to join their new exciting project.

You will be responsible for:

– providing strategic leadership in the day-to-day operations of the play centre. Ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for children and families.

– developing and executing social media strategies to increase online presence and engage with the target audience. Oversee the play centre’s social media accounts, creating content and fostering community interaction.

– personally generating sales through various channels, including parties, events, and admissions. Building relationships with customers to drive repeat business and customer loyalty.

– Recruit, train, and manage a dynamic team of play centre staff. Conducting regular performance reviews and provide ongoing training and support.

Full time permanent position with contract. (Monday-Friday)

This role requires full flexibility as hours may vary depending on clients needs.

The right candidate-

– Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in the children’s entertainment industry.

– Strong leadership and team management skills.

– Solid understanding of social media management, personal sales, revenue generation, and strategic planning.

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

– Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

– Knowledge of health and safety regulations.

– Budgeting and financial analysis skills.

Licences and Qualifications

Must be fluent in English & Portuguese.

Own car/clean driving license is essential.
