The Role:
As Finance Director, you will act as a key strategic partner to the CEO and senior leadership team, shaping and executing the group’s financial strategy while ensuring robust controls, accurate reporting, and efficient cash and capital management across all entities.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and execute the group’s financial strategy, working closely with the CEO and senior leadership team

Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance across multiple companies

Manage cash flow, liquidity, treasury, and working capital at group level

Ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance, and audit coordination

Maintain strong internal controls and risk management frameworks

Provide financial insight and analysis to support strategic decisions, investments, and growth

Lead and develop finance teams, improving processes, systems, and reporting

Manage relationships with shareholders, banks, advisors, and external partners
Licences and Qualifications
- Previous experience as a financial controller or similar required.
- Fluent Portuguese and English are essential for this role.
