Experienced All Rounder (Live in)

Job Description

The role –

This role requires a proactive and adaptable individual with excellent table service skills, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic. The candidate will be part of a small, dedicated household team, working alongside an Executive Housekeeper to ensure seamless day-to-day operations of the residence.

Key Responsibilities:

● Assisting with general housekeeping duties, including cleaning, laundry, and ironing.

● Providing hands-on support in meal preparation and kitchen duties as required.

● Running errands, such as grocery shopping and collecting/delivering items.

● Overseeing household maintenance and liaising with service providers when needed.

● Assisting with guest service and ensuring a welcoming environment.

● Supporting the Executive Housekeeper in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and

organization.

● Providing occasional assistance with pet care.

● Other ad-hoc duties to ensure the smooth running of the household.

Requirements:

● Prior experience in a similar role within a private residence, luxury hospitality, or HNW

environment.

● Discretion, professionalism, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

● A proactive, hands-on attitude with strong attention to detail.

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

● Flexibility with working hours and tasks, as needed.

● Good communication skills in English (Portuguese is a plus but not required).

● A valid driver’s license is preferred.

● Must hold the Right to work in Portugal
