We’re hiring an experienced Team Leader / Office Manager to join a fast-growing operation in Quinta do Lago. This is a hands-on leadership role, combining people management, office coordination, and operational support — perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.
About the Role:
You’ll lead and support customer service teams, manage daily office operations, oversee scheduling and training, and assist with HR processes — all while ensuring high service standards and strong team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, motivate & mentor customer service teams
• Supervise daily operations & performance KPIs
• Manage schedules, rotas & training
• Support onboarding & HR administration
• Act as the on-site point of contact
• Produce reports & support senior management
• Ensure smooth office operations & strong team morale
What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience in team leadership, office management, or senior customer service
• Strong people-management & communication skills
• Highly organised, proactive & solution-driven
• Confident using CRM systems & office tools
• Fluent English (Dutch preferred, German a bonus)
Able to work office-based in Quinta do Lago
